Unfortunately the Subprime Market Has justed exploded with Foreclosures and our major subprime lenders CIT and greenwhich are filing bankruptcy.  You have to have a 1000 FICO score to have a subprime lender qualify your clients now.  Making life a little more dramatic in the Real Estate World.

I am a Single mother of a beautiful 12 year old daughter and 15 year old handsome son.  I am sure they think their mother is a strong individual but lately I am wondering what they are thinking when I avoid the normal daily purchases, such as toilet paper,.. use the shower!...I am struggling with telling them that things might be falling apart.

Feeling the strength of the movie "Fun with Dick and Jane" the movie seems to help me through the day. When I remember how Dick lost his mind and stole the yard pieces to make one moment of happiness for his beautiful wife.  Then I realize I don't have a DICK!

Wanting to know where my self confidence is with the economy and living with in the means of frugality has no bearing on what is really happening...the loss of the farm!

Looking around the bear house for something to sell / pawn or hock (without the little ones noticing the house looking more streamlined) all I have are the rocks outside and maybe a pile of pecans that have fallen from the trees and left by the squirrels.  I wonder What is road base going for these days?

The year has started out with major surgery with recovery for 8 weeks. Leaving the Career of Real Estate on the back burner. The 8 transactions under contract were the only means of support while in recovery. Then out of no where the fall out of the Subprime Market on Feb 28th. Wow! The 8 transactions all shot out and not one made it to the closing table. Went to find money to pay the bills and found a bartending position at the Hyatt 61 miles away...Two days before the first day of the new job I fell and broke my left foot. Now sitting her with tears falling out of my eyes waiting for Thursday to get my results from the Ortho doctor if I am going to have a pin put into my foot I am falling apart. Being a Single Mother I am Trying not to look my daughter in the eye so as I won't fall to pieces...I have to be stronger than ever. Unfortunately with my income tax I do not qualify for federal help.  I do not have medical insurance.  My son lives with his father so no support from my ex-husband is available.  My daughter has medical insurance for her medical needs, but what about her home and food.  The bills are now 3 months behind and I haven't seen any light. I need help to get through the personal blocks in life and get around them so that one can have a successful way to resolve issues and get ahead in life. I"m struggling on personal, professional and financial measures and desperately need this help.
